Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voqli quote image generator at app.voqli.com and voqli.com (the "Service"), operated by Voqli ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Voqli

You may use Voqli to create quote images for personal or commercial use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Accounts

Some features require a free account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your password secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Free and Paid Plans

  • Free plan — Unlimited quote creation with 5 templates. Exported images include a small "voqli.com" watermark.
  • Pro plan ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) — All 15 templates, no watermark, PNG and JPG export.
  • Business plan ($14.99/month) — Everything in Pro plus batch generation, brand kit, and custom logo upload.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be honoured at their current rate until the end of their billing period.

4. Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the quotes and text you enter into Voqli. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of generating and delivering your images.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you create does not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for training or marketing without your permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Voqli to:

  • Create content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or harassing.
  • Distribute spam or misleading content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Resell access to the Service without our written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The Voqli brand, templates, design system, curated quote collection, and website code are our intellectual property. You may use the images you create freely, but you may not redistribute our templates, code, or curated quotes as a standalone product.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
